1. Refund Eligibility Window (7 Days)
Refund requests are only accepted within 7 days from the LMS access date.
“LMS access date” means the date you receive login credentials and can access the course portal.
After 7 days, no refund will be provided.
2. How to Request a Refund
Please submit your request through:
- Email: info@idmpakistan-pk-817915.hostingersite.com
- Or an official channel provided by management
Include the following:
- Student name
- Course name
- Registered phone/email
- Reason for refund
- Proof of payment
3. Refund Processing Time
If approved, refunds are processed within 15 working days.
4. Refund Method
Refunds are typically issued via bank transfer. However, the final method of issuing the refund may depend on the decision of the Accounts Department.
5. Misconduct & Policy Violations
Refund requests may be rejected or access may be terminated if a student is involved in:
- Misconduct or harassment
- Abuse, disruptive behavior, or disturbing other students
- Reselling/sharing recorded sessions or course material
- Any misuse or violation of institutional rules
6. Technical Issues
Any LMS access or technical issues will be handled case-by-case. We may provide access correction, extensions, or refunds if necessary.
7. Non-Transferable
Refunds are not transferable to another student, account, or person.
8. Course Switching
Course switching is not guaranteed and may be permitted only in management-approved cases.
