Important: Our seminars, workshops, and webinars are educational/training sessions.
IDMPakistan does not guarantee results, earnings, job placement, business growth, or 100% success after any session. Outcomes depend on each participant’s effort, implementation, experience, and external factors beyond our control.
We share knowledge, frameworks, and best practices. It is the responsibility of the student/viewer to apply and implement the learning.
3) Event Details & Venue (Onsite + Online)
Seminars and workshops are conducted in Karachi or any other venue mentioned on the event registration page and/or invoice.
Webinars are conducted online via the platform mentioned on the registration page (e.g., Zoom/Meet/any other tool). Joining details are shared through official communication.
The following are considered official event details:
- Event Registration / Landing Page
- Invoice (if applicable)
- Seat/access confirmation email and/or message
- For webinars: webinar link/instructions shared via email and/or WhatsApp (or any official channel)
IDMPakistan may update venue, timing, speakers, platform, access method, or schedule due to operational needs. Any changes will be shared via official communication channels.
4) Registration & Confirmation (Seminars/Workshops + Webinars)
To register, we may collect:
- Name
- Phone Number
Confirmation Rule (Important):
Registration does not guarantee a seat/access unless officially confirmed. For paid events (including paid webinars), the seat/access is not confirmed until payment is received.
Confirmation is sent via a separate message and/or a separate email by IDMPakistan. No disputes will be accepted if payment is incomplete and confirmation is not issued.
Events may have limited capacity (onsite seats and/or webinar participant limits). If an event becomes fully booked after you register, IDMPakistan will follow the limited capacity rule described in the Refund Policy section below.
5) Fees & Payments (If Applicable)
Events may be paid or free (seminars, workshops, and webinars) depending on the registration page. If paid, payment must be completed before the deadline mentioned on the registration page/invoice.
If an event is paid and payment is not completed, your seat/access remains unconfirmed and may be assigned to another participant.
6) Webinar Access & Replay (If Applicable)
Webinar joining links/instructions are shared through official channels (email/WhatsApp or as stated on the registration page). Participants are responsible for ensuring they can access the webinar platform on time.
Replay / Recording Access (Paid Webinars):
Replay/recording access for paid webinars is provided on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed unless specifically mentioned on the registration page or officially communicated by IDMPakistan.
7) Refund Policy
General Rule: IDMPakistan generally does not provide refunds for seminars, workshops, or webinars.
Fees paid are non-refundable. Non-attendance, missing a live webinar, internet/power issues on the participant’s side, or change of mind does not qualify for a refund.
7.1) Limited Capacity Exception (Refund or Credit)
Since events may have limited capacity, in the case where capacity is fully booked and a participant has already paid but cannot be accommodated due to seat unavailability, participant limit, or booking constraints, IDMPakistan may offer either:
- Refund, or
- Credit for the next event
The decision will be made by IDMPakistan management and conveyed to the participant by the team through call, email, and/or WhatsApp.
8) Event Cancellation / Rescheduling by IDMPakistan
If IDMPakistan cancels or reschedules an event/webinar, we may offer:
- Credit for a future event (as per management decision and communicated conditions)
9) Seat Transfer / Replacement (Onsite) / Access Transfer (Webinars)
Transfer/replacement may be allowed only after properly informing IDMPakistan and receiving written confirmation from our side. Without written approval, transfers are not valid.
For webinars, if access is controlled (unique links/codes), IDMPakistan may deny access to unauthorized users and may revoke access if misuse is detected.
10) Rescheduling by Participant
Rescheduling to another seminar/workshop/webinar is handled case-by-case and is not guaranteed.
11) Photography / Video (Onsite) & Webinar Sessions (Online)
IDMPakistan may take photos/videos during onsite events for documentation and marketing purposes.
For webinars, sessions may be recorded by IDMPakistan for internal use, quality, documentation, and/or marketing, unless stated otherwise on the registration page.
12) Conduct & Entry Rules
Participants must behave respectfully. IDMPakistan may deny entry/access or remove participants for misconduct, disruption, harassment, or policy violations (onsite or online).
Removal due to misconduct may occur without refund.
13) Intellectual Property & Recording
All seminar/workshop/webinar content is copyrighted, including slides, training materials, handouts, recordings, and branding. Participants may not record, share, resell, distribute, publish, or use content commercially without written permission.
Violations may result in removal, legal action, and a permanent ban from future events.
14) Privacy & Data Use
We collect name, email, and phone number for event/webinar registration and communication. We do not sell participant data.
We do not share participant details with anyone unless:
- For marketing purposes (events, webinars, workshops, promotions), and/or
- Required by government agencies or legal authorities
15) Liability Disclaimer
IDMPakistan is not responsible for travel delays, third-party venue/platform issues, internet/power disruptions on the participant side, personal belongings, or force majeure events (including but not limited to weather, political disturbance, venue shutdown, or platform outage).
Attendance/participation is at your own responsibility.
16) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall fall under the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
