These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the IDMPakistan website, Learning Management System (LMS), online sessions (live or recorded), and all services offered by IDMPakistan / Institute of Digital Marketing Pakistan. By enrolling or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Course Access (LMS)
- LMS access is provided for the duration of the enrolled course only.
- Access expires automatically on the course completion/end date.
- If payment is not cleared, the account may be suspended until dues are paid.
3. Live & Recorded Sessions
- Classes may be live, recorded, or both as decided by management.
- Students may receive recordings and material access until the course duration ends.
4. Fees & Payment Terms
- Course fees are generally payable upfront in full unless management approves otherwise.
- Payment methods may include cash, bank transfer, EasyPaisa, and other available methods.
- Overdue payments may result in suspension of access without exception.
5. Certificates
- Certificates may be issued in soft copy or hard copy.
- Hard copy certificates and shipping/handling are case-by-case.
- Certificates may be withheld if fees remain unpaid, misconduct occurs, or identity verification is incomplete.
6. Student Conduct
Students must maintain respectful and professional behavior. The institute may suspend or terminate access if the student:
- Misbehaves, abuses, or harasses staff or students
- Disturbs classes or learning environments
- Is found violating rules, policies, or guidelines
7. Intellectual Property (No Sharing / No Reselling)
All course materials are copyrighted, including videos, recordings, PDFs, slides, worksheets, and any branded materials. Students may not:
- Share materials with others
- Resell course access, recordings, or materials
- Upload content publicly or distribute in any form
- Record sessions without permission
Violations may result in immediate termination without refund and may lead to legal action.
8. Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or permanently terminate access if the student:
- Is a fee defaulter or payment is overdue
- Misbehaves or violates conduct rules
- Is caught sharing or reselling content
- Abuses or disturbs other students
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for internet outages, device issues, third-party platform issues, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee any results, including job placement, income, exam outcomes, or business success. Results depend on the student’s effort and external factors.
10. Privacy
Use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that communication logs (WhatsApp/email/LMS support logs) may be stored for operational recordkeeping.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon posting.
